For government contracts, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Contract Disputes Act and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions.
For all other disputes, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfoWize LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
